A community arts event to celebrate compassion in our community as part of Refugee Week 2023.
Offered by Elland’s local dance, arts, and wellbeing organisation, Curious Motion, ‘Compassion in Action’ is an opportunity to enjoy music and dances from around the world, get creative through drawing and arts activities, share what compassion means to you, and more! We’ll also have a special sharing from our Stories in Motion children’s group.
Free refreshments will be on offer to enjoy throughout the afternoon and we encourage everyone to pop down and get involved.
This is a free event, open to everyone and no need to book – drop in anytime between 1pm and 4pm to join us!
