Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Calderdale Valley of Sanctuary, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members and Supporters of Calderdale Valley of Sanctuary will be held by way of electronic means on Tuesday, July the 18th 2023 at 10:30 am to transact the below business. We will also recognise and celebrate our achievements over the past year.

As Ordinary Business

Resolution 1 To receive the Audited Financial Statements and Audited Reports for Financial Year ended on March the 31st 2023.

Resolution 2 To adopt Annual Report for Financial Year ended on March 31st 2023.

Resolution 3 To elect the following as trustees as Calderdale Valley of Sanctuary under Section 13 of Charity’s Governing constitution.

  • Laura Iris Beesley 3 Years
  • Nurgul Zhamentikova 1 Year
