Sanctuary Networks

Garnered by the success of our Schools Network, we have expanded this model to provide even more opportunities for organisations and individuals to collaborate around a theme that reflects their business or interests.

We want to explore ways we can spread a culture of welcome, learn from each other, and provide support for refugees and people seeking asylum in our borough. We want you to be a part of it! You don’t have to be an existing Member to join, just have a real interest in making a difference.

Our networks hold regular meetings which are advertised on our website and Eventbrite. Please get in touch with any questions – [email protected]

Faith in Sanctuary Network

The concepts of Sanctuary and Hospitality are thousands of years old and they are evident in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, the Baha’i Faith, Sikhism and in Hinduism.

Across our network,  many different faith groups support the Valley of Sanctuary movement and welcome people seeking sanctuary, often providing significant practical support that makes a real difference to their lives. Let’s share best practice and build on our impact together!

Food Network

We believe food is a powerful force to connect people because food is the one thing that never fails to bring people together. When we share food, we share ourselves.

If you have an interest in food, run a foodbank or cafe, or just want to get involved – join our next meeting!
